Cabela’s Tournament ZX 2500 reel matched with one of our XML rods will have you fishing with professionalquality equipment at a price you can afford. We took our already popular Tournament ZX reel to a new level of performance with upgrades to create a reel that renders supersmooth, powerful performance and the unmistakable feel of quality with a turn of the handle. It’s equipped with a HardBodyz diecast aluminum body, precision Digigear design, a doubleanodized, forged aluminum ABS spool, a machinedaluminum handle with a soft touch knob. The 2500 model holds 170 yds. of 8lb. test line. Gear ratio of 4.7:1 Weighs 9.9 oz. Includes a spare aluminum spool, seven ball bearings and one roller bearing. The ceramic Alconite rings and tips used in the Fuji Concept Guide System on Cabela’s XML rods are 80 stronger and 20 lighter than traditional aluminum oxide. The new downlocking foregrips eliminate exposed threads for greater comfort. Each is equipped with a weightbalancing system butt cap (weights sold separately). You can customweight each rod for the perfect balance with any size reel. The Mag Touch reel seat on the casting models sports dual blank exposures for enhanced sensitivity. Spinning models come with Fuji graphite reel seats. Portuguese cork grips complete the package.
